Picture Collection:

We make picture collages for one reason - for you to enjoy. We want you to remember the scouting experience by our pictures. But the webmasters here are not picture taking machines, so we need pictures from you, the troop members. You are our audience, and without you this website would be nothing. When you send us pictures of you or your fellow scouts/leaders/anything/anybody else, it becomes property of Jim and Bryan Matis. In no way, shape, or form will your pictures be used for any reason other than display on our website. In order to conserve bandwith and our minimal amount of space that geocities provides us, we only put up select pictures (but that doesn't mean that you can't send us all of them!). The process of picture collection from the troop is an easy one. First, we receive them from you, the audience. Then, we pick out the ones that we think are perfect for the collage that we make. After that, we crop the pictures, increase their gamma, increase/decrease the size, etc. Once your pictures are sent to us, they become our property, so therefore, once scanned and put on our computers, we are entitiled to do anything we please with them in terms of editing/presenting them on this website. You pictures will NEVER be sold! Furthermore, names will never be put on this website that corrispond to pictures unless we have permission from the scout and his parent/guardian!

Chatroom:

We DO keep a record of what is said in our chatroom to provide better service by analyzing the your needs. This information is not stored on a computer where hackers can easily access it (despite our firewall and updated antiviruses).We want you to speak freely in our chatroom and feel safe about it, so we simply print it out our records. Once the information is used and we have no more use for it, it will be destroyed. Your safety is important to us.

Message Board:

Unfortanutly, we cannot control who views the message board forum. Because of this, while we encourage you to be an active poster in our message board, that you do not post any information you are not comfortable with other people seeing! Anyone on earth can view this website, so watch what you say!

Guest Book:

As with the message board, we cannot provide 100% privacy as anyone can access the guestbook. While the odds of someone taking advantage of your information on this website are EXTREMELY unlikely, we must ask that you judge how much information you put in the guestbook.

Guestmap:

Same with the guestBOOK, only you mark your location on the globe.
